The garden is the soul of The Lanai Hideaway. Framed by bamboo fencing and lush tropical plantings — elephant ears, ferns, palms, bromeliad, and ornamental grasses — it creates an immersive green world that separates you from the outside entirely.
A hand-carved wooden "Lanai" sign greets you at the garden entrance. Stone pathways wind past a small water feature — a terracotta fountain surrounded by agave, ferns, and shells — and past curated decorative vessels, garden statues, and the gentle sound of water.

Step past the garden and you reach the sea. The property fronts directly onto the Mabini coastline — one of the Philippines' most celebrated dive destinations. A bamboo seafront pavilion with sheer white curtains frames the horizon, offering unobstructed views of the sea, the boats, and the sky.
Further along the shoreline, a compact bamboo dock with a nipa-shade structure extends over the water — a perfect spot to sit, read, fish, or simply watch the waves. At sunrise and sunset, the scene is extraordinary.

The ground floor features an open-air lanai — a covered semi-outdoor living and dining space with bamboo ceiling, rattan pendant lights, stucco walls, and seating for large groups.
The interior common areas feature Balinese-inspired carved statues, woven lighting, patterned tile floors, and carefully chosen furnishings that feel collected rather than staged. Bedrooms open onto verandas or garden-facing windows.
